SHIPPING
All Shipping Charge Estimates for FedEx Ground AND UPS Ground Shipments are ONLY for shipments within the Continental United States and are based on 11.04% of the Order Total or $10, whichever is greater. Some heavy or bulky items (such as engines & some exhaust components) may need to be recalculated and you will be notified of any additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to not ship large body or glass components (Including, but not limited to: Fenders, Quarter Panels, Bumper Covers, Hoods, Decklids, Door Panels, frame components, and other large and/or heavy items); these are usually Local Pick-up ONLY. If you are requiring shipment to any other region, i.e. Alaska, APO/FPO, or Hawaii, please call or email for a shipping quote. We require a physical street address for ALL shipments. If you live outside the United States or do not have a physical street address, unfortunately we may not ship to you at this time. If shipping charges are different from what is shown on your confirmation, you will be notified by email before the transaction is processed or charged.
AVAILABILITY & PRICING
As a Toyota & Scion franchised dealer, we have access to all Genuine OEM Toyota Parts and Genuine OEM Scion Parts in addition to all Genuine Toyota Accessories and Genuine Scion Accessories currently available within the United States. Occassionally, a given part may not be available from either our warehuose or Gulf State Toyota's (GST) Houston Distribution Center. In this exteremely rare situation, be advised that Special Order Parts from another Toyota Distribution Center can take up to 3-5 weeks (or longer, in the case of some older Toyota models such as the FJ40). If your order is time-sensitive, we may have an option available to "Expedite" your order through Toyota. Priority requests will incur an additional frieght charge for Toyota to expedite your part order (amounts to 15% of part price). All prices (and price matching policy) found on ShopTRD.com / ToyotaOfRichardsonParts.com / USAToyotaParts.com are ONLY available when ordered through the website; Retail Prices will apply to ALL ORDERS placed at the Retail Storefront. Those who wish to save on shipping by picking up their order at the Toyota & Scion of Richardson Parts Department's Retail counter will incur a "Convienience Fee" of $5 and must bring a printout of the "Order Confirmation" page and/or appropriate United States Government-Issued Photo Identification. Any request to honor internet pricing at the Retail Storefront will be denied; please place your order PRIOR to Pick-Up. You will recieve confirmation via your registered E-mail address when the part is In-Stock and ready to be Picked-Up.
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By submitting an order, you hereby give ShopTRD.com and/or ToyotaOfRichardsonParts.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com (owned & operated by Richardson Automotive II, L.P. d/b/a "Toyota of Richardson," Parts Department) permission to charge your PayPal Account and/or Credit Card for the stated purchases and agree to pay for parts ordered through the ShopTRD.com and/or ToyotaOfRichardsonParts.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com web site, and also agree to pay any and all collection and/or attorneys fees associated with collection of said amounts should a fraudulent transaction occur. This site tracks a user's IP addresses and other identifying information and will use this information to prosecute any fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information for any reason, including but not limited to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers (including website service provider), ShopTRD.com and/or ToyotaOfRichardsonParts.com and/or USAToyotaParts.com (owned & operated by Richardson Automotive II, L.P. d/b/a "Toyota of Richardson," Parts Department) shall have the right to adjust, refuse, or cancel any orders placed for any product(s) listed at the incorrect price.
VERIFY ORDER PRIOR TO PLACEMENT
Please verify ALL Purchase information PRIOR to submiting you order, including part#'s and ensuring what you are ordering will work for your application. If you have any questions or doubts at all regarding this, please contact the Toyota of Richardson Parts Department at (214) 299-8339 x2 or at Toll Free (866) 455-7555 x2 and have your 17-digit VIN ready. Once you submit an order and recieve an order confirmation, it is considered a sale. If you later decide to cancel the order, there will be a processing fee of 15% (should you cancel prior to shipment) or 25% (should you cancel after shipped); Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
